Roxy's Boutique offers the following Returns Policy: Due to health regulations and the intimate nature of the item, open packages of lingerie are non-returnable.

However, if you order something that doesn't fit, just doesn't look right, for what ever reason you are unhappy with your purchase and have not worn the item send a e-mail to customerservice@roxysboutique.com. We are sure that we can work together to find a solution that everyone is happy with. If your not happy, we're not happy.
